Coffey & Company Realty was founded by Brandy Coffey in response to an ideal that we should be serving our customers' best interests at all times, with a company cornerstone being a philosophy of service.  Mrs. Coffey felt that the basic tenets of this service should be knowledge, honesty, loyalty and trust.  Once this philosophy of service was conceived, Coffey & Company Realty was born.  Marked by this philosophy and a high degree of work ethic, Coffey & Company Realty has grown to be one of the most successful small real estate brokerages in Sarasota, Florida.  Recently, Coffey & Company Realty partnered with the Florida Real Estate Gateway, Inc. (FREG) in an effort to provide a user-friendly, web-based medium to clients all over the world.  This exciting new partnership has enabled Coffey & Company Realty and FREG to become one of the most searched and utilized relocation websites in the world.  This partnership projects a continued expansion throughout the State of Florida and beyond within the next 2-3 years.  As such, we will be able to expand our philosophy of service and provide and environment of change within the real estate community and our profession's interactions with clients around the globe.

Our Broker/Owner 

  Brandy Coffey is the Owner and Broker of Coffey & Company Realty.  She is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate brokers in the nation.  Brandy has earned an AA from Manatee Community College and a BA degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Brandy is designated as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, a Certified International Property Specialist, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker.   Brandy is a member of the Sarasota, Venice, and Manatee Board of REALTORS®, as well as the state of Florida and National Association of REALTORS®. Brandy has lived in Sarasota, Florida for 23 years and is an expert in the local real estate market. Brandy attends financial, motivational, and real estate continual education seminars throughout the State of Florida and is a Trustee of the local Chamber of Commerce.  


Our Agents

Ricardo “Ric” Ruiz del Vizo joined Coffey & Company Realty in 2007 and has been licensed in the State of Florida since 2004.  Ricardo is the Marketing Director and Chief Copywriter for Coffey & Company Realty and the Florida Real Estate Gateway, Inc.  Ricardo has been a Sarasota area resident for 29 years and has a unique understanding of the Sarasota and Manatee areas. Ricardo has a BA Degree in Marketing and is currently seeking a Masters Degree in International Relations.

Kirby Krause joined Coffey & Company Realty in 2008 and has been licensed to sell real estate in Florida for 7 years.  More to come...

Sheila Jones joined Coffey & Company Realty in 2008 and is currently our leasing specialist.  With over 5 years experience in residential homes sales and leases, Ms. Jones is an integral part of our team.  Ms. Jones has been licensed for over 5 years and is a Sarasota native.  She continues to seek professional and educational advancement in her career.
